Proxill 2000 è una polvere a più ingredienti, destinata, dopo dispersione in acqua, per la sicura e rapida decontaminazione e disinfezione di alto livello (sterilizzazione chimica a freddo) di strumentazione chirurgica odontoiatrica, di dispositivi medici anche invasivi, inclusi gli endoscopi termosensibili. È adatto per l'utilizzo in vasche a ultrasuoni e macchine lavadisinfettatrici automatiche.

Presenta attività battericida, funghicida, virucida (HIV, HBV, HCV Adeno e Polio virus), microbattericida e funghicida.
